Commercial and Combination Plates
To begin the online license plate application process, please complete the required fields below. A $2.00 surcharge/processing fee will be added to the standard fee of $42.50. After completing the necessary information, click the “Submit” button to finalize your transaction.
Please ensure all information is accurate. Applications are forwarded directly to the Rhode Island DMV and applications with incomplete or incorrect information will be canceled by the DMV. Refunds for canceled applications are not available.

Pre-Orders Available Now!
*Please note that production of the commercial or combination plate will begin only after GGBCRF has received 600 pre-orders for that specific plate type. Pre-orders are non-refundable. All information and payments are put into an escrow account until the minimum required orders are received. You will be notified when the minimum order has been reached and when you can expect to receive your plate(s).
