Here at the University of Colorado Cancer Center (UCCC), you will find treatment options not available anywhere else in Colorado. We provide a multidisciplinary team approach to care—the opportunity to meet with a variety of specialists, in one location, in one day.  Physicians who are highly trained in the treatment of specific cancer types, using the latest technology. Our internationally respected cancer specialists are dedicated to treating nearly every form of cancer, including lung and chest, urologic including prostate, colorectal and other gastrointestinal cancers, breast, brain tumors, skin, gynecological, head and neck, leukemia and lymphoma and pediatric. Some patients also are offered participation in Phase I Clinical Trials through our Developmental Therapeutics program headed by an internationally recognized leader in developing new cancer therapies.

With our new facility at the Anschutz Medical Campus, the UCCC is using the latest technologies to treat cancer patients. Our center makes it easy for patients to access multidisciplinary clinical teams, including surgeons, oncologists, pathologists, radiologists, nurses, social workers, geneticists and counselors at one location and in one visit.

Patients also are treated to beautiful views, a relaxing garden located on the patio of the Infusion Center and a friendly and knowledgeable staff.

With the phased opening of the Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion on the Anschutz Medical Campus, inpatient oncology services will be available in the winter of 2007. In addition, the University of Colorado Research Complex for laboratory research opened in the fall of 2004.
